Fees

The level of fees depends upon the quantity and complexity of work required (just like a builder, plumber or joiner), but fixed annual, quarterly or monthly fees will usually be agreed.

For tax return only clients, we can complete your tax return from the information and explanations you provide, with charges starting at £95 plus VAT (currently 20%), but dependant on the complexity of the return.

Tailored Package deals are available

  • For many small and not so small businesses, it may surprise you that our book-keeping, payroll, accounts and tax package deals will usually prove to be less expensive than employing a book-keeper (full or part time) with an accountant just preparing the annual accounts and tax returns.
  • This is because of the increased efficiency of providing the complete service. The book-keeping system will be designed especially for your business, usually free of charge. Problems are solved quickly by qualified accountants as they arise and when the relevant facts are still fresh in people’s minds. The real benefits, of course, lie in the provision of regular management information tailored to your requirements, with business and tax advice provided at the right time.
  • Please take a look at our book-keeping and VAT page and our payroll processing page for further details of the essential services which can be included in your package deal.

In some cases, we may endeavour to mitigate a tax charge or obtain a tax refund in return for a percentage of the savings achieved.

If you are interested in any of our services, then we will be pleased to discuss your plans and requirements at an initial meeting, free of charge. Just ring 01282 421951 to arrange an appointment or contact us by email.
